All went very smoothly, with no unpleasant surprises. The only downside was the delay before we could get a service date in view of our requirement for a courtesy car.

I was there at 0730 and they said when I wanted back before 1600 and I was called at 1605. It was a simple job and my car got pushed down the queue
Overall very positive experience however there were a couple of product option feature/function queries that the sales assistant was not clear on - I had to research the answer myself via internet
I missed my slot but still got managed to get fit in. Was still done by 12 which I requested

I wasn't contacted the day before to let me know time that car would be collected, so had to ring up to find out.
Completely satisfied. Gave me a curtesy car and let me have it longer as my car needed two new tyres so my car was booked in the next for this it be completed for me. Very happy everything was completed in 2days (MOT, Service & 2 new tyres)

Cooper BMW are always very welcoming and informative when I have taken my car for servicing. Maintaining a BMW can be very expensive but I always come away feeling that it has been money well spent.
The handling of the the issue and the support given was very good. However the problem with the radio still persists and this was not resolved. This is frustrating.
Really same as above, never felt pressured and again dealing with Peter Smith was an easy experience.

Car was not fully ready when I was initially informed. Also there were some parameters on the computer that were not explained on picking up the car. Date of next MOT and miles remaining before a change of break pads required changing
After picking up my car, I found one of the tyres you had fitted was flat. I return to the garage and they said they would look into it. They lent me a car while the problem was investigated. Faulty part found bit inconvenient though.

Would have been completely but was contacted by email with reminder for service/M.O.T which I then booked and was contacted 2 further times by phone after this to remind me, creating,for me, a doubt about booking system reliability.
Two new tires had to be replaced the following day
tyre pressure alert came on the week after the service and all 4 tyres needed inflating to correct pressures .I appreciate this was an oil service but the car was inspected its a shame the pressures were not checked manually .
Everything happened as I expected and in the right time frame
I waited while my car was serviced and it was ready earlier than I expected. Comfortable waiting area with coffee available.
The only minor niggle is that some settings were lost as a result of either the service or the software upgrade - e.g. "Recent Places" in the navigation system.

Great service, from walk-in meet & greet to nice coffee & friendly service staff. Courtesy cars always nice (need auto and never a problem) and when I had to drop back in on a Saturday morning with a follow up query, they helped out on the spot.
The whole experience, from walking in and being greeted, to discussing needs and the options available. The friendly atmosphere is key and very much appreciated.
Greeted by name and was my first visit to the Colchester branch. Work was completed quicker than expected.
As mentioned above the car is returning tomorrow to have the issue looked at again as it was not solved.

Following the service I was surprised to discover that the in car service indicator was showing that a further service was due in less than a months time. This required a further visit to the dealer to rectify.
Very fast and efficient. I even had a video of my service sent to me whilst it was happening. This was excellent and takes away any doubt about the horror stories you hea about mechanics. It made me feel that the service team were honest.
