Car cleaners done a terrible job
Ok service, follow up rubbish
Car was booked in for map update, dealer had issue with map data file so had to rebook.
Did what expected at a price I expected, all with a smile.
Fault was not initially found. Had to return immediately on the day to centre when fault occurred again. fault finally discovered. Part required not in UK. so had to be ordered from Germany which took a week. Car re-booked in and part fitted.
Did the service but did not even offer to replace the tyres which you had listed as urgent replacement. The service and vac and wash took ages, 2.5 hours!
Service great but the valet was very poor- wash not great, still had (easily cleanable) brakedust on wheels and the car had not been vacuumed as promised. It would be better not to offer than do such a bad job
Everything went smoothly, even when I had to rearrange date of service. One minor inconvenience was that there were no parking bays available.
Cold drinks, Wi-Fi for me to continue working and nice cars to look at in the show room

Car was just in for a spring check nothing major all staff polite and courteous.
Managed to get a slot in time. Service done on the same day, within few hours. Good reception from staff. Good explanation to what was done and what needs to be done in the near future
The service was at a different level to what I have experienced in main dealers in the past.
Two small points. The car was not ready for collection although I had had phone call to say it was- but I only had to wait ten minutes .The service receptionist who saw me in the morning when I brought the car did not remember me in the afternoon .
Staff have always kept me up to date about my car When it needs a service or when it's being serviced I'm always informed about my cars progress

Car fixed ok but disappointing that it had a trim issue immediately after delivery and that Cooper wanted the car for the whole day for such a such job.

wrong tyres ordered and handed my vehicle back and the drive had crashed, I had to return to them to get it resolved.
Attentive to customer needs. Quick response to issue I had (to get a quote) and use of courtesy car.
Work was completed as per timeframe. Lift to office was helpful. Communication was good. Only problem was the standard of car cleaning was not up to usual level.
The whole Service Team were excellent. As were reception.

Fast efficient service and friendly staff - always very helpful
apart from the insurance payment issue, the replacement of a wing mirror cover took 2 days and when they said my car had been valeted and washed, it came pack covered in dust and bird droppings!

All went very smoothly, with no unpleasant surprises. The only downside was the delay before we could get a service date in view of our requirement for a courtesy car.

I purchased the car in February - there was a discrepancy between the price stated in the catalogue and on the website which was very confusing. The delivery of the car was delayed but this was expedited in the end (got the car 2 weeks later).

Brilliant support by Peter at BMW Colchester , called me regularly to keep me updated , he made endless phone calls to secure the car I wanted , on delivery spent a considerable amount of time taking me through all the features and explaining
We had a lot of fun buying it.
