I'd had a puncture & my car was taken in by the recovery company late in September he afternoon. First thing next morning I was phoned by Cooper Colchester & told what would be happening & my car was ready yo pick up later that afternoon.
Everything ran smoothly and the courtesy car was good.
Got exactly what I asked for.

This experience is very difficult to judge as my car was damaged due to an unforeseen error on the part of the engineer welding an upgrade recall on my X3. The garage were very fair as they kept my car for nearly two weeks instead of 2 days.

My car was with BMW Colchester for 2 weeks. No one updated me about developments concerning repair. Car was dusty and dirty at pick up. Very poor service at this centre. Not customer oriented at all!

expecting a full service and only had brake fluid changed. I don't live in the area so I now have to take another couple of days off when you want to do it. You promised the car would be cleaned and seemed to make a big deal of it, never happened
I always have an amazing experience from the staff at Cooper Colchester.
Cooper could not offer a loan vehicle or collection & delivery, which I asked for.
Although I was told my car was ready for collection after service I found on arrival that due to the amount of work the service department had booked in that day it was not. Valeting of the car was poor & not as my previous experiences there.
The attention I received was top notch and left a happy chappy.

I was told my car would be ready by 1pm. I arrived at 1.50pm and my car wasn't ready until 2.30pm. I was given a useless sheet of paper with no information regarding the health check statistics. I phoned to query and I'm still waiting for a call back

From an initial call to Andrew at Coopers Colchester outlining our requirements to driving away in the vehicle we fell in love with was an absolute pleasure. We were made to feel special and never pressured. Our car is a dream.

Only 4 stars since when I bought my used car from Cooper I noticed the faults with the car after I drove it home (they were missed on the pre-delivery inspection). However all was rectified quickly and there was no quibbling.
There is no wow factor that I expect from BMW. It was ok but nothing more than that. I do find the waiting area a bit sparse and ordinary, apart from the complimentary drinks machine.
My right rear wheel is making a clunking noise and I requested this be looked at, but nothing was found. The noise is very apparent and I have a video which unfortunately is too large. My concern is whether something is loose to do with the brakes.
Courtesy, professionalism, and doing their utmost to help me out of a potentially very problematic position; rearranged a busy workshop schedule to accommodate my emergency repair, and completed the job well ahead of the original estimate

I have come away with a very good car, and Gavin Simmons at Colchester gave me really good customer service. He broke everything down slowly so I could understand everything - as I am not that mechanically or car minded; other than they look nice.
