On entering the building and speaking to the lovely lady on reception a gentleman walked over and talked over her to my self. This in its self was unprofessional and rude. The poor receptionist just looked deflated.

Car had an insp II service which was completed very promptly. I requested that the front brake pads and discs be checked, this was also completed and measurements were given to me on collection, very good. Excellent communication by Service staff.

The clutch pedel got stuck and needed a new clutch the car is only 7 months old and I had the same model for 7 years with no problems. However I was told my seat was too far forward and maybe I'd left my foot on the clutch. This is untrue I'm 5ft.

Once again messed around my bmw colchester. Rude receptionist , made to wait around for a long time after asked if they could take my laptop out of my car which should only take 5 mins / in total it took bmw colchester 1 hour 30mins!

When I bought the winter wheels and tyres I was told it would only take a few days for my winter tyres to be brought to the branch for fitting. I gave several weeks notice and the day before fitting they called me to say they had not received them?

Wrong wheels (2 wheels needed replacing under warranty) were selected by technician, fitted my tyres to them, realising they were wrong when he tried to put them on car. Then a valve cap was missing. Directional tyre was put on the wrong way!!!

The servicing upgrades and installation of the dash cam were carried out very satisfactorily. My problem is that you are selling a product (the dash cam) and not giving any warning as to its limitation of use!

I have returned my car twice recently for recalls. On both occasions, while the necessary work was carried out, my service report has put this intervention below other observations. Is a recall less important than work that generates income?

Firstly quoted wrong price, then felt service on car was below standard and then lack of communication when I complained

Probably due to market residual values not of their making made the transaction experience more difficult and stressful this time having to hand p/x back to BMW finance to clear balance owed due to negative equity valuation from the dealer.
