Everything that Cooper Colchester said they would do was done with courtesy and without any hesitation or fuss.
Would have given 5 stars but the parts hadnt arrived on my first visit so had to re- book appointment
Parts are never in stock so a service always takes at least 2 days
Always attentive. Do have to hang around a little while when booking car in but time for a coffee.

Normally completely satisfied but on this occasion service start was delayed due to not having a replacement oil filter. I had to go home and return in the afternoon. I appreciate these things sometimes happen and was only slightly inconvenienced.

I was surprised how long I had to wait for a free slot to bring the car in.They did not address one of the problems I mentioned on dropping the car offSince getting the car back I have noticed a high pitched whistling sound when drivging over 60mph

Friendly and helpful service advisors, who recognised that an issue I had with my car, requiring repair, was worthy of requesting goodwill from BMW, which was mostly successful.
Everything was efficiently dealt with. And the car was nicely cleaned.

We was advised we wouldn't need a service for 2 years, but because the car had been sitting in a compound for 9 months before being registered, we actually needed one after only 11 months! Not good!!
My tyre went spontaneously flat so I suspected rim or tyre damage. A new tyre was ordered in readiness in case a replacement was needed. Luckily there was nothing amiss so I had asmall bill (unrelated) and reassurance

I explain the situation to the service department and the complaint was just taken out of my hands and organise for me, to bring my car in.
I usually wait at Coopers while my car receives the due attention. I consider that dont have to wait any longer than necessary- all very efficient

when booking the car in ,I was told that AC service will be done and was recommended every year, was given a price.However, there was no mention of AC service at the garage.

The car was booked in to get two new tyres. Appointment at 8.15. Still had to wait for more than two hours for job to be done. Communication was non-existent after we checked in. Pleasant guy who took our money but Far too long to do the job.
Car booking was good 1 week and I had an issue with the under glove box cigarette light socket not working which they fixed.
Service guy was very helpful and efficient, I was coming to collect the car near 6pm, the time the service centre was to close but he said he would wait for me before leaving. Service carried out plus EGR valve changed under warranty, happy days.
MOT and service completed and vehicle collected and returned; two new boot struts fitted with minimal delay.

The only point that stopped my giving the highest score was that they were unable to give me exact delivery dates. This is I suspect not the dealers fault but more likely the factory.
I was always kept informed of progress and despite car being delayed always felt that I was being well looked after.

Preparation of car for hand over could have been slightly better.Glass a little smeary and factory film left on M5 badges on seats.

Peter Smith (our salesman) was extremely professional at all times. He kept me up to date throughout the expected delivery delays and spent time with us on collection to ensure that we were happy with all the controls and connected services.

Kept up to speed with the production of the car which was exciting and I received a video of the car on delivery day. Beyond what Ive had before.
I was shown around the outside of the car and items in the boot were all detailed. Then inside the car from the folding rear seats to all the controls - with a thorough explanation of all their functions. (This is 'my' first BMW.)
