My car wasnt saying a service was due when it went in but it is now. I have tried calling, been promised a call back and it hasnt happened.
Start to finish was very straightforward and professional. Very happy with the overall service. Staff very polite.
We had a few issues on this occasion, but Liam Ford provided an excellent service and kept us informed at all times. We can't thank him enough for dealing with the problem (missing part that had to be obtained from Germany).

Particularly at these difficult times the reception and customer interface areas were spotless, well supplied with sanitiser and staff could be seen to clean surfaces after each customer. The appointment system worked well and I was treated very well

Had 2 tyres fitted which were £50 per tyre more expensive than a colchester tyre fitting garage. Had a problem with wheel rust which Oliver Flight helped me with. Customer service continues to be excellent which is why paying more is worth it.
