Service was good overall. Looked at potential warranty job at same time. Only problem was service pack. I was told could be added to car anytime but was told by cooper Colchester has to be on before 17,500 miles. Very disappointed by this.

The key to great service apart from the obvious, is consistency. Time and time again Cooper Colchester achieve and exceed expectation. Polite and courteous from start to finish. A fabulous ambassador for the BMW brand.
Everything was comprehensive and detailed, with the very best communication before during and after the service.
Pleased with the service and retailer contact. I do not like the call centre as it's unhelpful and time consuming. Better to contact the retailer directly.

Kept informed of work to be carried out, so no nasty surprises at collection.
Whilst I had to wait around 10 minutes to see the person who booked my car in, it was in a comfortable waiting room with some good coffee.

My husband was not kept waiting, staff very helpful and informative.
Due to the number of visits made in what is a telatively short period of BMW ownership I guess I am well qualified to comment and would therefore suggest the dealer has been as proactive as possible in sorting the problems.
Warm welcome at reception and by Alicia and the events ambassador (can't remember his name). A lift home was arranged immediately. Video report received and soon after escorted back to dealership to collect my car. The valet was a bit lack lustre.

Service was undertaken as per appointment plus lift into and back from town centre meant not having to wait in showroom for duration of service.Car was beautifully clean inside and out. Car drives beautifully,so couldn't ask for more
Car booked in very fast for repair
Everything that Cooper Colchester said they would do was done with courtesy and without any hesitation or fuss.
Would have given 5 stars but the parts hadnt arrived on my first visit so had to re- book appointment

Normally completely satisfied but on this occasion service start was delayed due to not having a replacement oil filter. I had to go home and return in the afternoon. I appreciate these things sometimes happen and was only slightly inconvenienced.

Greeted at arrival. Complimentary wifi and hot drinks. Work completed on time and to high standard. Costs and what would be done clearly explained in advance. Tyre price match pointed out - I hadn't been aware of this.
I was surprised how long I had to wait for a free slot to bring the car in.They did not address one of the problems I mentioned on dropping the car offSince getting the car back I have noticed a high pitched whistling sound when drivging over 60mph

Totally satisfied with the purchase and collection of my new vehicle.
The only point that stopped my giving the highest score was that they were unable to give me exact delivery dates. This is I suspect not the dealers fault but more likely the factory.
