The staff and service itself are very good. Having experienced a couple of issues with my car since purchase, I'm not impressed by the length of wait for the car to be seen to because of my requirement of a courtesy car.
I felt that everything that was needed to be done, was completed at a high level.
Car was ready within the timeframe given and i wasn't kept waiting
The service was fine, but I still haven't received my 'visual health check' video, despite emailing separately afterwards.

No fault all went well this time still had to wait for an extra day to fix seat belt even though i told them it needed replacing
The video I was sent of my health check was pointless. It showed 3 of my tyres and 2 close ups of brake area.
Would have been fine, but as I drove off a warning light came on. I returned to find that the key battery had not been changed.
Able to complete job earlier than expected by quick response and turn round.
I didn't get my free MOT like I was told after the mess up over the phone. Only realised when I got home

Very pleasant reception. Great telephone manner.
Car is repaired, but boot lid is now noisy to open/close, like a wire or component has not been put back right and is rubbing in the boot hinge mechanism. Probably not worth fetching back, if I could not be refitted correctly 1st time

Replaced tyre okay however the visual health check their technician left the Coolant Cap off so after driving THREE MILES Steam/coolant pouring out of the car,asked them to come and collect my car only to be told they have no way of see below
I was told the part was not available and it was a big job and would not be ready until the Friday and then got a phone call to say it was ready on the Wednesday pm. I have a life and I have to be organised your service people do not appreciate
The whole process that you go through is 1st class, I always feel as if I am important when I visit,you should be proud of your staff.
They have been very informative & provided excellent service from sales to service
Everything explained to me and a price given before the service and MOT, video sent to me of inspection and when picking up the vehicle all documents ready and I was quickly on my way.
Sorted the problem next day
The car went into the garage three times for the same problem. I was told the car would get a valet on picking the car up it was explained it was just a clean. The car looked worse than it was when it went in. Also they had missed a wheel on the clea

only slight concern although given health check during mot, the tyre pressures were not done with drivers side front well below recommended pressure

Cooper Colchester have been superb every time
While I was waiting nearly 60minutes nobody from BMW staff approached me, at least asked few questions.
Car should have been cleaned but was only partially done and looked better before it went in
Service fine but new rear tyres fitted. As soon as i parked after collecting car tyre pressure warning indicator on and rear tyre pressure too low. Re-inflated rear tyres to correct presssure myself at local garage.
My expectations were managed, regarding duration of work, and exceeded. Comfortable customer area with attentive staff.

I am not truly satisfied with the service I have received and I have this made known and hope its taken serious. The handover was disorganised and poor on Saturday, being kept waiting when I was on time due to Simon's 10am arriving 5 hours late.
The staff and the inside sales experience is second to none. The centres parking and outside size is far too small. Trying to park as a customer is not only difficult but actually extremely stressful at times trying to avoid other customers and cars
I found the experience so good as I was made welcome on visits to coopers and was impressed with the product knowledge displayed and the time taken to explain things simply and clearly
Staff were helpful from my initial enquiry right the way through to finding me the vehicle i wanted and its purchase. Couldn't have asked for more.
Very helpful & knowledgable staff obtained me a handbook for the navigation system in a day after I had a little rant about such spectacular penny pinching ! particularly as the sat nav is so poor . Take my advice if you go to Aberdeen take a map !
Time taken to explain new car controls and very helpful in providing courtesy cars when needed. Invited to contact with any matters we needed clarifying.
