Polite efficient staff and swift MOT and vehicle check
The process was hassle free, the work was carried out efficiently, the car was cleaned and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
As above, after buying a car that has a list price of over £40,000 I don't feel that the service after buying has been to my expections. At one point I called the dealership as I was interested in changing, and they salesman could not be bothered.
Car picked up and delivered back on time.
I needed to change my car tyre post service and there was a three week waiting for this, surely thus is safely and needs dealing with
Lift home was offered on the day as the service was likely to take longer than while I waited which I had anticipated doing.
Greeted and looked after quickly and efficiently good experience
The gentleman who picked my car up and dropped it off was very polite, as was the member of the service team who phoned to say my car was being inspected.
Only slight downside was valet of car was incomplete as exterior had water marks as it could not have been leathered off properly.
The team are exceptional. You are kept updated throughout and as I've said nothing is too much trouble.
Felt the work was done well and efficiently
The attitude and behaviour of the receptionist. One of the other staff members overheard and jumped up and stepped in to resolve the issue. However, everyone I have told about my experience is horrified.
Both Charlie on service reception and Morgan service technician have been very personable and professional in trying to rectify a fault with my car, maintaining contact and progress updates.
Not 5 stars due to streaks and missed bits on the car washing service
I was disappointed that the dealership couldn't provide a replacement vehicle. It wasn't possible to give them any notice as the fault was only found during an accident repair. Luckily the other insurer carried on providing the hire car
Just felt Service Receptionist could have been a little more welcoming but must have been a bad morning as she was delightful when we collected the car!

Poor service level generally. Items I knew about were not spotted. Items I asked to be looked st were dismissed as having been caused by 3rd party dash cam without being properly investigated.
Great lift service, was taken home when I dropped the car off and picked up later to collect the car.

Always extremely helpful and first class
The car had to go back due to a warning coming on in the car immediately after leaving the dealership a few days before hand. No cause was found even though the dealership acknowledge the warning was triggered.
I run my own business and now have over a day that I cannot bill my clients. I have sent an email to Charlie without reply hence the results of your survey.

They do a collect & deliver service which really helps customers who cannot get the car to the garage, they keep you informed of all works being executed on the car and the valet is fantastic thank you

Asked to pay for a £1,200 upfront, with no idea when part would arrive or when work would be carried out ( had to wait almost 2 months to get car in to be diagnosed).
I am displeased about the fact I was told that the Decal Stripes on my car are now not under warranty. The drivers side one has stared to peal off and I think this should be part of the bodywork guarantee.
Completely satisfied with the service, the car ran well after the service, it was clean and all staff were great.
I don't mind paying dealer prices for service but £350 for oil and microfilter, there was little care and attention on other matters such as low coolant warning when I picked the car up. Wash and vacuum was barely noticeable.

Because the staff were great explaining what they have done and why but it was my third visit for the same problem and it still hasn't fixed the problem.
The wait time for curtesy vehicles is very long which dragged out the repair time to over two months
Service was shocking
Everything was dealt with.
Car needed cleaning after picked up. All windows smeared and dirty. Oily type residue on steering wheel. Rattle still happens that was meant to be fixed
Please see answer at 1 above. It was necessary for me to have an early appointment as I had to attend a funeral later that morning 18 miles away. I felt they 'pulled out all the stops' for me to achieve this.
No problems encountered
All were okay except after booking a service, I as customer was expecting a booking confirmation either by email or a text send to customer but never received any type of communication from Cooper Colchester.
I have always left with all questions completely answered and knowing I can call or return to have any follow ups answered with no hesitations.

Smoothly handled by Coopers. Car had an injector fault which was promptly fixed and then well tested by the engineers. Was kept updated throughout the cars repair.
Charlie was excellent. Very helpful.
Asked for sat nav map upgrade to be done during other work and was surprised at the reasonable cost - just £35! Also, was dropped off and collected from my home saving the hassle of using public transport or taking a courtesy car I didn't need.
For the above reasons not looking into my fault correctly and informing twice the car had been valeted and it's was returned filthy. Gives the impression that jobs Are not getting completed properly. The manger said he would look into, heard nothing
As stated above the attitude of the service agent was not very welcoming.
My contact was Alicia Patmore who was fantastic in arranging a lift to and from the train station from the dealership, and in keeping me up to date with progress during the day.
The staff at Cooper were efficient and friendly; I was regularly kept up to date and any issues were resolved promptly. The report given by the service technician was very helpful.
Go beyond the call of duty
Dealt with in a friendly & efficient manner on arrival,the provision of coffee & magazines while we are waiting is very thoughtful.
Have not always had good experiences here but this time was very good overall.

I told servicing my battery was flat. They replaced the battery but did not diagnose the fault. Hence, the morning after I had picked the car up it was flat again. Did I need a new one? Fault was diagnosed but dealer insisted on v expensive repair.
quick and efficient -did repair while I waited and time estimate for doing so was accurate.
Communication was superb even though they could not find some of the issues they have done everything expected and now it's rebooked to have the work completed

They were brilliant. I discovered less than 2 weeks before delivery that I'd not renewed my driving licence or given change of address for 14 years! Coopers were amazing at helping sort all this out for me and we collected the car on time!

Very satisfied but it is almost impossible to be perfect. I would like to have had more instruction on the info tech system - it takes a lot of getting used to if you are not an IT geek.

After ordering the vehicle we were then told on approx 4 occasions of a delay due to a fault in the rear light clusters.
