Service staff were courteous and accurate on this occasion.
Overall good level of service, there was delay in being seen by reception and then by reception when handing my vehicle back.

As above - excellent Salesman. Sometimes the best way to sell is to play the long game and not get angry if someone doesn't buy a car in first visit (like another dealership - non-BMW)

While I was waiting nearly 60minutes nobody from BMW staff approached me, at least asked few questions.
Service fine but new rear tyres fitted. As soon as i parked after collecting car tyre pressure warning indicator on and rear tyre pressure too low. Re-inflated rear tyres to correct presssure myself at local garage.
My expectations were managed, regarding duration of work, and exceeded. Comfortable customer area with attentive staff.

It would have been completely satisfied, but having indicated by the booking desk that my car would be washed it was returned with bird mess all over the back of the car and hadn't been washed.
Arrived at service reception, there was no paperwork ready detailing the work to be done on my car, was told a service advisor would be with me with me shortly to book the car in, WAited over an hour, had to go back to reception to find out why .
Everything was carried out in the timescales given. My car was given back to me clean and works all carried out.
They couldn't have done any more. Always fantastic.

Service carried out while I waited as time was given as 90 minutes. This ran over by approximately 30 minutes. Actual service was fine
The process was hassle free, the work was carried out efficiently, the car was cleaned and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
As above, after buying a car that has a list price of over £40,000 I don't feel that the service after buying has been to my expections. At one point I called the dealership as I was interested in changing, and they salesman could not be bothered.
Car picked up and delivered back on time.
Lift home was offered on the day as the service was likely to take longer than while I waited which I had anticipated doing.
I needed to change my car tyre post service and there was a three week waiting for this, surely thus is safely and needs dealing with

Only slight downside was valet of car was incomplete as exterior had water marks as it could not have been leathered off properly.
The gentleman who picked my car up and dropped it off was very polite, as was the member of the service team who phoned to say my car was being inspected.
The team are exceptional. You are kept updated throughout and as I've said nothing is too much trouble.
Felt the work was done well and efficiently
The attitude and behaviour of the receptionist. One of the other staff members overheard and jumped up and stepped in to resolve the issue. However, everyone I have told about my experience is horrified.
Both Charlie on service reception and Morgan service technician have been very personable and professional in trying to rectify a fault with my car, maintaining contact and progress updates.

Very helpful & knowledgable staff obtained me a handbook for the navigation system in a day after I had a little rant about such spectacular penny pinching ! particularly as the sat nav is so poor . Take my advice if you go to Aberdeen take a map !
Time taken to explain new car controls and very helpful in providing courtesy cars when needed. Invited to contact with any matters we needed clarifying.

They were brilliant. I discovered less than 2 weeks before delivery that I'd not renewed my driving licence or given change of address for 14 years! Coopers were amazing at helping sort all this out for me and we collected the car on time!

Very satisfied but it is almost impossible to be perfect. I would like to have had more instruction on the info tech system - it takes a lot of getting used to if you are not an IT geek.
