We was advised we wouldn't need a service for 2 years, but because the car had been sitting in a compound for 9 months before being registered, we actually needed one after only 11 months! Not good!!
My tyre went spontaneously flat so I suspected rim or tyre damage. A new tyre was ordered in readiness in case a replacement was needed. Luckily there was nothing amiss so I had asmall bill (unrelated) and reassurance

I usually wait at Coopers while my car receives the due attention. I consider that dont have to wait any longer than necessary- all very efficient

The car was booked in to get two new tyres. Appointment at 8.15. Still had to wait for more than two hours for job to be done. Communication was non-existent after we checked in. Pleasant guy who took our money but Far too long to do the job.
Car booking was good 1 week and I had an issue with the under glove box cigarette light socket not working which they fixed.
MOT and service completed and vehicle collected and returned; two new boot struts fitted with minimal delay.
Service guy was very helpful and efficient, I was coming to collect the car near 6pm, the time the service centre was to close but he said he would wait for me before leaving. Service carried out plus EGR valve changed under warranty, happy days.

My latet experience was not typical of past visits and there were a couple of issues. However, the service staff rectified the problems. In particular I would like to thank the service manager for his professionalism in dealing with the matter.

See above. Have also now noticed there are scuff marks around the rim of the wheel that were not present prior to the puncture/tyre replacement. This looks to have been caused by the tyre removal/replacement but surprised nothing was said.

My vehicle was returned to have two issues investigated, the first involving a noise from suspension/steering was diagnosed and now awaits repair.The second problem involving seat movement could not be repeated so has been left pending another visit
Once it was booked into Cooper via BMW assist the fault with my vehicle was rectified swiftly with minimal inconvenience to myself

Staff on the service desk are, almost always, polite and helpful but do seem to change frequently. I have never understood why, when there are usually two receptionists on duty, it requires a third person to direct customers to the waiting area.

Service was performed efficiently and on time but the above mentioned issue soured my experience.

All very good. One recommendation- when someone spending over £50k with you would have thought would have got an umbrella at least
Peter Smith (our salesman) was extremely professional at all times. He kept me up to date throughout the expected delivery delays and spent time with us on collection to ensure that we were happy with all the controls and connected services.
Preparation of car for hand over could have been slightly better.Glass a little smeary and factory film left on M5 badges on seats.

Kept up to speed with the production of the car which was exciting and I received a video of the car on delivery day. Beyond what Ive had before.
I was shown around the outside of the car and items in the boot were all detailed. Then inside the car from the folding rear seats to all the controls - with a thorough explanation of all their functions. (This is 'my' first BMW.)
As mentioned Peter Smith is first class in dealing with customers and leaves us at ease.
