Sadly my experience was only by phone and email , as I we are around 160 miles away from the bmw centre, the delivery was by transport to us which went very well very happy with the way this was organised

The sales assistant we had was polite, answered all questions and engaged with us, made us feel welcome and was knowledgeable about the car we purchased, he rang us after we took delivery and was able to help with the car setup we couldn't understand
